2024 Membership Classifications
Premier Golf Membership
$3000 Initiation Fee
$325 Dues
Entitles the member, his or her spouse and all unmarried dependent children under the age of twenty – one and who are
full-time students to full use of the golf course, driving range, fitness center, tennis court, swimming pools, clubhouse
dining and social events. All cart fees are in addition to the monthly dues.
Premier Sport Membership
$350 Individual Initiation Fee
$600 Family Initiation Fee
$105 Individual Dues
$140 Family Dues
Entitles the member, his or her spouse and all unmarried dependent children under the age of twenty – one and who are
full-time students to full use of the fitness center, tennis court, swimming pools, clubhouse dining and social events.
Premier Fitness Membership
$75 Individual Initiation + $25 Per Family Member
$50 Individual Dues + $25 Per Family Member
Entitles the member access to the fitness center only. The Premier Fitness membership is available for an individual with
the option to add additional family members. An added family member is defined as spouse and all unmarried dependent
children under the age of twenty-one

Annual Passes
7 Day Annual Pass
$3,600*
The 7 Day Annual Pass entitles one individual to access the golf course and driving range Monday through Sunday. The use of a club issued cart is included in prepaid annual pass amount, private cart trail fee additional.
5 Day Annual Pass
$3000*
The 5 Day Annual Pass entitles one individual to access the golf course and driving range Monday through Friday. The
use of a club issued cart is included in prepaid annual pass amount, private cart trail fee additional.
*Plus 8.25% state sales tax
Annual Passes must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
